Overall, the frequency of in person and by telephone requests rose substantially over the period given, while for letter or email it decreased. Furthermore, in January, at the start, in person requests were the least used category; nevertheless, it was the most popular one at the end in June.
In terms of telephone requests, the figure in the United Kingdom commenced with just over 800 in January and fluctuated from January to April, until culminating at a peak of 1600 at the end. Similarly, letter or email requests also started around 800; by comparison, had a downward trend until reaching approximately half(400). Moreover, the figure for letter and email was about 400 in May, and it remained at a similar level until June.
On the other hand, the figure for in person requests commencing with slightly more than 400 experienced a dramatic rise, and reached almost 2000 in June, which was the maximum.
