The time graph indicates the variation in the proportion of request for information at the visitor office on person, letter/email and telephone between January and June in 2011.
Overall, it can be clearly seen that, there was a notable decline in the appeal by writing over six month period. Whereas, there was a strong incline for enquiries by individual and by electronic devices.
In the initial month, petitions by telephone was above 400 and experienced a decrease to 800 in the next month. Furthermore, it went up to 1000 in March and remained constant for a month. Afterwards, it sharply rocketed to over 1800 in June. Conversely, information request in person started at over 400 in January,which later boosted rapidly, which is more than 1800 by June. However, the number of enquiries by letter and email was below 800 in the beginning of 2011 which later declined rapidly to 590 in April. The value was approximately 390 in May which remained unchanged in June.
