To begin, males who were under 6 ages stood at 2000 milligrams, those were according to recommended child salt intake. Following that, man people who were adult such as 6-11 ages, 12-19 ages, and 20-39 ages consume salt at 4000 milligrams, 4500 milligrams, and 4000 milligrams, respectively. Meanwhile, the elderly man people in 40-60 ages at just around 4000 milligrams and 3500 milligrams saw a consuming by man who were over 60 ages.
Subsequently, female were under 6 ages and over 60 ages just salt intake at under recommended adult salt intake, at approximately 1000 milligrams and 2500 milligrams, respectively. On the other hand, female who have age in 6-11, 12-19, 20-39, and 40-60 ages in above recommendation adult salt intake, with the same level around 3000 milligrams.
