The same universal access are also possesed by urban kids while on the other hand, the number of students able to reach primary school is smaller with only 60% of them able to reach their school in 15 minute-drive which is a 40% gap between primary school in rural and urban areas.
Turning over to the medical centers and post office, it is notable that both the urban citizens and their counterparts possess full access to their clinic within a 15-minute drive service. In contrast, though the urban residents have 100% access to post office in 15-minute journey, the proportion which people living in rural areas is smaller by a slight margin with only 90%.
