Overall, countries such as Hong Kong and the United States are dominated by junior [9 age] pupils, and the Global average also showed the same trend. Of particular note is Russia, which shows the same trend between 9-year-old and 13-year-old learners. Meanwhile, Japan shows the highest figure with 9-year-old learners.
As far as 9-year-old learners are concerned, the highest trend is in Hong Kong, the United States, and Globally, with numbers above 35 in Hong Kong, 23 in the United States, and 22 Globally. Russia shows an equal number of 9-year-old and 13-year-old students.
Starting with 12-year-old learnerss, the highest trend was shown by Japan at 35, followed by Hong Kong at 30, and Global at 20. After them, the United States followed closely with a number under 20. From this chart, the number of 13-year-old juniors was much more than the number of 9-year-old students.
