The bar graph shows the information about the proportion of men and women tutors in six distinct types of education setting in the UK in the year 2010.
Overall, it can be concluded from the graph that the proportion of men increased throughout their education while the women’s percentage showed opposite trend from nursery to university education and similar trend can be seen in college education for both .
In nursery and primary education, the proportion of male students was 98% and 96% respectively, whereas the female students was only 5% and 10%. In secondary education, there was a difference of 4% and similar in college with 50%.
In In private training institute and university, the percentage of men was 58% in the former and 70%in the latter and female’s ratio was 54% and 30% accordingly.
