Overall, it is clear that there were the highest percentages of established exams in 2000 and 2010, whereas percentage of driving tests experienced the smallest percentage in first decades.
Let’s start with females ,in 1980, the percent of tests were under 50%. Following this, it was marginal rise to above 50% approximately in 1990. Despite rising dramatically to 68 in 2000, the figure declined slightly to 65 in 2010.
Initially, the percentage of passed driving tests of males was roughly 28%. After which, it reached a considerable alterations to at just under 40 percent in 1990. Therefore, there was a consistent increase to 50 percent in 2000 and the percentage of passed driver tests remained stable to 2010.
