It is clear that Premium Economy was the most popular class between 2005 and 2010. By contrast, Business class recorded by far the lowest figures. Business group saw the biggest decreases over the 10-year period.
In 2005, passengers filled 90% of business class. Over the following nine years, however, the figures for Business decreased dramatically, whereas Premium Economy saw a steady increase. By 2010, group of Premium Economy had become the most preffered with reaching 95% load factor.
The other two fare class between 2005 and 2015 were Economy and First. These groups filled same passenger’s proportion from 2005 to 2010, but class of Economy overtook the other class in 2015. Load factor of Economy reached 90%, which was double the number of passengers filled by the other class, First.
