Generally, while the rural areas always higher than urban areas in all parts of year, these two group of rate had the inverse relationship in between by period.
In regards to rural areas, it shown the highest trend in first quarter of the year. And also, in next three part, it slightly fluctuated, likewise, 4 per cent to 5.5 percent. At the end of year, it was around 5 per cent.
The pattern of urban areas started from 2.1 per cent , and, the top of the rate was 4 per cent in second part of the year. Finally, the red line of urban areas increased dramatically by around 2 per cent until around 5 per cent in third and fourth quarter of the time.
