The given graph represents the distribution between 5 different age ranges from 20 to 69 according to their weight measurements in one town in England. The data was gathered in 2010.
Firstly, we can see that the oldest people starting from the age of 60 were the largest group, who struggled with obesity. The percentage of people suffering from that metabolic syndrom gradually increased from adults to the individual in their late sixties. This measurement ranked up from 5% to 40%.
The percentage of people who were overweight fluctuated across each five ranges. Humans in their twenties and fifties were the groups who were least suffering from excessive weight. The third weight assessment described as ideal one normally decreased from the youngest people to the oldest ones. The number dropped form 70% to almost 5%.
In terms of inhabitants who were underweight, the situation was somehow opposite to the overweight one. Unlike for the people in their thirties and fourties, who were mostly overweight, the percentage of individuals with not enough body mass was the highest for the youngest and the oldest age ranges.
Overall, people in their late sixties suffered mostly from obesity, whereas the youngest group had the biggest rate of underweighted individuals.
