Overall, it can be clearly that, the largest propotion of budget was apportioned to teacher salaries. While expenditure for other categories were declined or fluctuated, insurance and technology spending always increased.
Turning to the details, the annual spending for teacher salaries, which was initially account for two fifth, in 2000, it showed rising to 10% before declining to 45%. The division money’s 14% used to Furniture and equipment in 1990, although it decreased significantly to 2%, it rose again only 1 percent, to compare this section with books also expected growth firstly(from 15% to 20%), while it declined to 9%, almost half of its initial level as furniture and equipment section.
When spending budget to insurance and technology always increased, insurance: 2% in 1990, 3% in 2000 and 8% in 2010; technology: 1%,2%,and dramnatically rose in 2010 (20%), other worker’s salaries fell from 28% in 1990 to 15% 2010.
