Overall, it is clear from the pie chart that the saline water constitutes the majority of the world with a mammoth 97.50% of the entire water available on the Earth, and among the total fresh water accessible, frozen water accounts the most, close to 70%. In addition, people in Canada uses significant amount of water for domestic and industrial uses than the people living in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, whereas the water quantity used for agricultural purposes in Saudi Arabia is quite larger than the the other 2 countries.
The first pie chart it is visible that a greater part (97.5%) of the world’s water is salty, and the remaining small quantity (2.5%) is of fresh water. In the second pie chart, it is witnessed that among the 2.5% of fresh water available, a little over 2/3rd (69.8%) of it is frozen water, and little under 1/3rd (29.9) is fresh underground water. And the underground ice water and fresh renewable water adds up to the remaining 1.2%
From the column graph, it is clear that in Egypt 40% is used for agriculture, which is the highest, whereas only 10% and 8% are used for household and industrial purposes respectively. Coming to Saudi Arabia, maximum (50%) water was used for crop and livestock production. They used 18% of water for industry which is more than double the water utilized by Egyptians for this purpose. The Saudi Arabians used only 8% for domestic use. Interestingly, Canada used 30% for agriculture which is the minimum amount of water used compared to other 2 countries, and uses higher amount of water for industrial and domestic uses than Egypt and Saudi Arabia around 18% and 45% respectively.
