Overall, the pie chart depicts a variety of locations where the dance classes take place: private studios, community halls and others, and school halls (after school). In parallel, the bar chart shows the distinctive preferences between the two examined age groups regarding the three types of dance classes: ballet, tap and modern.
In detail, the frequency of each one of the locations is heteregenously distributed. While private studios are notably the most common location, with 48%; community halls and school halls are significantly less chosen (18% and 24% respectively). College based studios present, by far, the smallest share (10%).
Regarding the types of dances chosen by age group, the bar chart demonstrate dramatic differences regarding the frequency within the two groups that constitute the examined population. On one hand, teenagers between 11 and 16 years are more likely to opt for modern dance over tap and ballet. On the other hand, the tendencies reverse when examining adolescentes under 11 years old, as the quantity of students matriculated in ballet almost double the number of students in modern dance.
