Overall, it can be seen that money spent on books on the Internet followed an inclining trend over the given years. From the pie chart, it is clearly visible that, England’s dwellers bought the maximum amount of books via the Internet. While Northern Ireland’s people bought a negligible amount of books on the Internet.
From the line graph, around 11 million pounds were spent on books on the Internet in the former year(1997). It increased by 5% in 1998. In 1999 and 2000, it accounted for almost 20 million pounds and 23 million pounds, respectively. Between the years 2000 and 2002, the graph saw an almost akin trend and rose by 2% in latter year.
From the circular graph, England had the highest number of book buyers online with 81%. Wales and Scotland accounted for almost 10% and 8% of buying books online. Northern Ireland had the lowest number with 1% of buying books on the Internet.
