Looking into detail, only car usage increased in percentages. To be specific, the car usage accounted for 45% in 1990, later on, the usage rose to 52%. Additionally, it is forecasted to have a climb in usage. The bus usage showed gradual decline from 35% to 28% in 2010; although, after 20 years it is predicted to minimize the usage to 20%. In contrast, the usage of bicycle remained unchanged, at 20%.
As far as commuting time is concerned, it is clear that over a 40-year period the time will illustrate a slight increase. In 1990, amount of time accounted for 30 minutes, while after 10 years the time rose to 40 minutes. Moreover, it is projected to record 10 more minutes in 2030.
To sum up, the car usage was increasing over a period, while the bus usage experienced a fall. However, the bicycle usage demonstrated stable percentages. Concerning commuting time, the time was jumping on 10 minutes each period.
