In the Eastern Region, meat was the most produced item, accounting for 35% of the total agricultural output. Dairy was the second highest at 30%, followed by vegetables at 20%. Grain represented the smallest category, comprising only 15% of the total production.
In the Western Region, the breakdown of agricultural products differed from that of the Eastern Region. Grain was the dominant commodity at 45%, which was three times as high as its share in the East. While meat remained the same at 35% in both regions, dairy made up only 15% in the West, which was half of its proportion in the Eastern Region. Finally, vegetables accounted for the smallest portion at just 5%, compared to 20% in the Eastern Region.
Overall, the main agricultural products differed between the two regions. Certain products were dominant in one area, while other items showed higher proportions in the other area.
