It seems in country A, price is the top factor for 50% of consumers. In contrast, only 9% of consumers mentioned that price is the most significant factor in choosing a mobile phone in country B.
But if we glance at the chart carefully, friends’ recommendations play an important role in both countries with similar factor percentages. Friends’ recommendations have 33% urgency in country A, and country B follows them with 32%.
Also, in country A, only 9% of consumers mentioned that brand is the significant variable for them in choosing a mobile phone according to the chart. And country B follows them with 19%. It shows that country B’s brand loyalty is higher than country A’s, but not too much.
When it comes to the mobile phone design, in country B, consumers are clearly paying more attention to it with 40%, unlike country A. So, design is a least vital factor after the brand variable while buying a mobile phone in country A with 10%.
