A glance at the pie charts illustrates the percentage of exports for the most important products( mechanical machinery, cars, pharmaceutical products, electronics, and food products) in two countries, the UK and Germany, in 2 years, 2020 and 2021.
Overall, it is evident that mechanical machinery was the most significant export product; food products were the most minor production.
In the UK, mechanical machinery experienced a steady trend and increased to 47% in the end from 45% in the beginning. Likewise, cars started at 28% but reached slightly above the first point( 31%) in 2021. Nevertheless, the other products in the UK had a negligible change over this period.
On the other hand, in Germany, mechanical machinery rose 1% from 23% to 24%. Likewise, cars increased from 34% to 37% in 2021. However, electronics declined to 16%, and pharmaceutical products decreased to 17%. As the last product, food products declined to just below the first point, from 8% to 6%.
