Overall, it is clear that in both year the highest proportion of salary receive teacher, while the less payment was for insurance. In addition, the annual charge for furniture and equipment decreased in over the period.
In 1981, teachers’ salaries were 40% which was the higher compare to other expenses, followed by other workers’ salaries with 28%. Besides, spending for resources and furniture and equipment showed the same percentage and it was 15 % each. The lowest expenses spend by Canadian was insurance at only 2%, in the same year.
When it comes to 1991, the teachers’ salary increased by 7%, while other workers’ salary decreased until 22%. Moreover, the cost of spending for resources like books were slightly grow at 20%, whereas this cost dropped in furniture and equipment to 5%. However, the proportion of expenses for insurance was a little increased by 1% in 1991.
