Overall, lunch and dinner meals are enhanced with sodium and saturated fat while breakfast includes three nutrients with almost an equal rate. Additionaly, snacks have a high proportion of added sugar, more than any other meal.
Lunch and dinner consist of, mostly, sodium and saturated fat, and added sugar is followed them with the lowest percentages. Dinner includes 43% sodium and 37% saturated fat, while their rates are almost identical for lunch, 29% and 26% , respectively. Percentages of added sugar are 23% in former and 19% in latter, so it is found slighly less in lunch compared to dinner.
Breakfast and snacks share the same value as sodium rate, 14%. In breakfast, saturated fat and added sugar have same proportions with 16%. However, snacks have an unbalanced distribution among ingredients, which include saturated fat at a percentage of 21% and double it with added sugar at 42%.
