The three pie charts show the average intake of the three nutrients in the United Kingdom which are unhealthy and bad for human being. To contrast the nutrients, the above chart uses the most common food time periods; breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner.
We can say the usage of all the three nutrients, which are sodium, saturated fat, and added sugar are proportional and low in breakfast, (13%, 16%, and 16% respectively) and It is proportional and moderate in lunch in average of 24%.
Even thought consumption of sodium and saturated fat is low in snack, (17% and 13% respectively), the lever of added sugar is twice or more in contrast to the above two mentioned nutrients.
In dinner, the intake of added sugar is lower while the other two, sodium and saturated fat are approximatly equal and moderate.
Also, considering of thier average usage, saturated fat is the lowest and added sugar is the highly consumed of all.
