The charts are focusing on three features of nutrients that adults consumption during the day : sodium, saturated fat and sugar.

The first chart are recording the sodium that the adults are having in their daily meals, which is 13 percent consumption in the breakfast, 28 percent in lunch, 17 percent in snacks and 42 percent in dinner.

Saturated fat was consumpted on this form : 16 percent in breakfast, 26 percent in lunch, 19 percent in snacks and 39 percent in dinner.

The final nutrient was taken as follows : 16 percent in breakfast, 20 percent in lunch, 19 percent in snacks and 45 percent in dinner.
