Overall, Brasilia experienced a dry period in the middle of the year, while Salvador had more consisted rainfall throughout the year.

In Brasilia, rainfall was highest in January and December, reaching around 200 mm. It then decreased from February, falling bellow 50 mm in June. July was the driest month, with almost no rainfall. After that, rainfall started increasing again, reaching about 200 mm in December.

In contrast, Salvador had a more balanced rainfall pattern. The wettest months were April and May with nearly 300 mm of rain. Rainfall remained above 150 mm for most of the year, with a slight drop between June to October. However, even in the driest month Salvador received much more rain than Brasilia.
