The two bar charts provided give data on the average monthly rainfall in 2016, surveyed in two Brazilian cities, Brasilia and Salvador.
Overall, it is evident that in the winter months, the level of rainfall represented significantly higher precipitation than in July, when it was almost at its lowest point. Meanwhile, in Salvador, the precipitation peaked in April, recording notably lower rainfall amounts during the cold seasons.
In Brasilia, rainfall precipitation totaled 200 mm in both January and December. This number steadily fell by July, before dropping to approximately 25 mm. After that, it gradually increased during the autumn season and reached its initial point, 200 mm.
Regarding the rainfall levels in Salvador, its peak was in April, reaching 300 mm, although in January it comprised half the result, 150 mm. During May and June, the amount of precipitation decreased, while it fluctuated around 170 mm during the remaining period.
