Moving to the bar chart, there were more than 1000000 students at university in the UK at the beginning, that data doubled in 1999. However, the total number of students who studied at higher education fell by almost 100000 at the end of the period
Goverment spent 6500 pound for each student in 1991, this data decreased to just under 5000 pounds in 1996 and remained stable until 2001.
