The percentages contain sodium, fats and sugar intake in the United States. These charts are divided by the meals such as breakfast, lunch,dinner and snacks.

The sodium intake during breakfast and snacks is 14%. During lunch the sodium intake increases up to 29%, and the major intake of sodium is during dinner.

Consuming saturated fat is at its lowest during breakfast which is 16%, gradually increases during eating breakfast (21%) and eating snacks (26%). The largest consume of saturated fats is during dinner.
