Considering sodium, the upper limit of 45% is consumed by USA inhabitants for dinner. Breakfast and snack have the equal proportion of less than 20%. About one-third of sodium is eaten up during lunch.The intake of saturated fat is slightly different from that of sodium. During dinner it’s 37%. Here breakfast and snack have different proportion of 16% and 21% respectively. Almost 25% of it consumed by the people for lunch.
The added sugar section is totally different from the other two charts. The maximum amount of 42% is eaten up in snacks. The ingestion during breakfast and lunch is close to 20%. Dinner includes 23% of sugar.
To conclude, sodium and saturated fat are highly found in the dinner. While added sugar in found in snacks. Breakfast contains less quantity of these nutrients. Compared to other meals, lunch have the moderate volume.
