Overall, the intake of this nutrients is higher during dinner, whereas in snacks added sugar is in great deal. Similarly, saturated fat is in adequent amount during snacks. while it is in same percentage as saturated fat during breakfast.

Dinner contains the most sodium (43%), Breakfast and Snacks is of equal proportion (14%), during lunch it is in 29%, In contrast, the saturated fat is in slightly less amount during lunch excluding dinner and snacks (which is 37% and 21%) intake of saturated fat is of same proportion as added sugar in that time of meal.
