Likewise, Dinner is in steady trend and snacks is in fluctuating trend considering all diets.
The percentage of population consuming breakfast with unhealthy diets is increased gradually i.e. sodium, then decreased in fat, and continues to decrease sharply in sugar. Likewise, the average percentage of sodium in Dinner is quite good(i.e. 14%), then the saturated fat and sugar are constant (i.e. 16%). Moreover, the percentage of sodium in Lunch is quite high as compared to the fat (i.e. 26%), and added sugar (i.e. 19%).
In addition to this, the average percentage of sodium in afternoon snacks is quite low than other diets. The saturated fat in it is high, and added sugar is the highest. Initially, the use of sodium is decreased slightly, then it is rising up dramatically in fat, and continues to went up in context to addition of sugar in it.
