All these three nutrients could be harmful to health if taken excessively. At a glance, it seems that dinner contains huge amounts of all the ingredients mentioned above.
Firstly, considering breakfast the content of every single item is the lowest in it, sodium 14%, saturated fat 16%, and added sugar 16%. Lunch has a medium proportion of each,29% salt,26% oil, and 19% sugar, respectively. The highest average of every component is included in dinner, namely sodium (43%), saturated fat(37%), and added sugar(23%). The maximum proportion of added sugar contained in snacks being42%, while they bear 14% of Na and 21% of saturated lipids.
In conclusion, in the USA people eat a dinner which could be unhealthy, although breakfast looks healthy, lunch could be considered as somewhat prone to get ill. Snacks are also very unhealthy due to the high sugar in them.
