Overall, it is evident that there is an enormous amount of sodium and saturated fat in dinner, whereas added sugar appears the most in snacks. In addition, breakfast stands out as the most nutritious meal including the lowest level of oil, sugar and salt.
Starting with data on sodium, it can be seen that sodium has the highest figure for 43% and almost triple/three times higher than that of breakfast and snacks with 14%. Also in dinner, saturated fat has the second highest proportion with 37% and is two times higher than breakfast with 16%.
Turning on the data of added sugar, this substance accounts for approximately half of the nutritional value of snacks, with 42% and nearly triples that of breakfast with 16%. It is evident that breakfast is the healthiest meal of the day with the lowest level of sodium, saturated fat and added sugar with 14%, 16% and 16% respectively.
