Overall, sodium and saturated fat account for the highest percentage in dinner, while snacks are considered to be the one, which have the majority of added sugar. All nutrients are consumed at the lowest percentage in breakfast.
In details, dinner takes the fisrt place in the percentage of sodium consumering, by 43%, by followed that lunch is situated the second major place (29%). The same level of sodium are spent for snacks and breakfast, being the smallest by 14%. In terms of saturated fat the order of meals remains, despite the fact that the percentage of dinner reduces to 37%. Lunch accounts for 26% of this figure, whereas snacks are 5% less than lunch. 16% saturated fat is produced for breakfast.
Additionally, the highest proportion of sugar is spent for snacks, which is almost as same as sodium in dinner. Meanwhile, only less than a quarter of sugar is added in dinner (23%), then lunch takes the next place by 19%. Breakfast accounts for the lowest as usual, by around 16%.
