On the other hand, breakfast and snacks experienced a notable decrease in saturated fat, dropping to 16% and 21%, respectively. In contrast, these sectors’ shares of sodium declined to 14% each. Similarly, the added sugar portions were the smallest in the following sectors: dinner at 23%, lunch at 19%, and breakfast at 16%.
