The pie graphs gives information about the average rates in typical meals of three types of nutrients in the USA.
Overall, the most preferred nutrients were sodium and saturated fat in dinner. Added sugar was consumed a large portion in snacks.
Turning to the first chart, we can observe that people prefer eat sodium in dinner (43%) than other meal types. Eating in lunchtime was the second choice with a proportion of 29%. Breakfast and snacks comes as the least chosen meals with the same rate (14%).
Taking a closer look at the second chart, we can see that saturated fat was the most preferred nutrients in dinner being 37% of the total. Similarly to the first chart, but with a small number of difference (10%). Lunch and snacks are less preferable meal types, chosen by 26% and 21% of people respectively. Breakfast the least type of meals, represent sixteen percent.
Final chart, it is clear that added sugar was the most popular nutrient for snacktime (42%). Next the chart shows dinner represents in region of 23%. Lunch is the third preferred meals to consume added sugar at 19% rate. Breakfast the least preferable type of meals with a ratio of 16%, equal to those on the second chart.
