Overall, both saturated fat and sodium was mostly found in dinner meals, whereas added sugar was mostly found in the USA snacks.
Around 40 percent of Sodium and Saturated fat was found in dinner meals. Added sugar, however, was found in snacks the most, being at 40 percent of the USA’s typical snacks, whereas sodium only had the amount of 14 percent in the snacks. The same ammount of sodium was also found in breakfast meals, both being the least typical meals that had sodium in it.
Added sugar and saturated fat, 16% of them were found in breakfast meals, being the least type of meals that had those nutritions. Just by a little under 30 percent, lunch had the second majority of sodium compared to the other meals. Saturated fat was also found the second most in lunch meals, being just slightly over a quarter of a hundred percent.
