Overall, it can be clearly observed that males spent more time on doing leisure activities per day, whereas females spent primary minutes on household activities. Moreover, watching TV, video and listening radio was the most popular leisure activities that men and women spent time on. Similarly, cooking and washing accounted for the longest time across both sexes.
As can be seen in the table, watching TV, video, radio being the favourite leisure activities was done by men and women that males spent 137 minutes to watch, whereas it took women less 19 minutes than men to do the same activities. Additionally, reading being spent 18 minutes per day by men, and females spent more 1 minute than males on reading activities. Finally, the time spent daily by men and women on sport was 15 and 11 minutes, respectively.
It is interesting to note that while it took men about 30 minutes on cooking and washing, women spent more 2 times than the time spent by men. Furthermore, females spent 35 and 10 minutes on shopping and repairing, respectively, and the amount of time spent by men on going shopping and repairing was 25 and 18 minutes per day, respectively. Ultimately, males spent 10 minutes on clothes washing and ironing activities, whereas it took females more 20 minutes than men to do these activities.
