The three charts illustrate how the world’s water is distributed and how water is used in three fields in three distinct nations. Overall, salt water and ice and glaciers accounted for the dominant proportion of water in the world. Additionally, people living in Egypt and Saudi Arabia consumed enormous amounts of water in agriculture, whereas Canadians used water for industrial purposes.
As for the first and second chart, there was just 3% fresh water in the world, while salt water took the rest (97%). Despite the low percentage, fresh water had three categories including ice and glaciers, ground water, and surface water with 79%, 20%, and 1% respectively.
Regarding the final chart, nearly 80% of water was applied for agriculture in both Egypt and Saudi Arabia, while the amount of water just made up approximately 10% for the domestic field. Moreover, industrial areas constituted the lowest percentage with about 5% and nearly 10% in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, respectively. Conversely, the water was provided almost entirely for industrial factories with 80%, and there was around 10% of the water for agriculture and domestic fields.
