The pie chart illustrates distribution of all and fresh water while the bar graph shows the usage of water in three economic fields by three countries (Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Canada). Overall, the percentage of salt water records larger share than fresh water which is mostly found in glaciers and agricultural purposes dominate in two of three countries.
Moving to a detailed analysis, salt water resources lead with 97% being considerably higher than fresh water at 3%. In terms of the distribution of the latter,similarly,ice and glaciers rank first, accounting for 79%. The figure for ground water contributes one-fifth to the total, as opposed to surface water which forms only 1%.
With regard to the use of water, Egypt and Saudi Arabia allocate 80% and nearly 75% water to agriculture, respectively, being about 8 times more than Canada. In contrast, Canada is the largest spender of water in industry at 80%. The remaining countries together make up approximately 20%. The proportions of domestic sector report the same indicators approximately around 10% in all countries.
