In general, girls had outnumbered boys as regard of studying foreign languages and it is noteworthy that French had been Top 1 language in previous year, however, there was significant decline in learning process of French in the given time frame.

However, there was a moderate decline the figure for girls’ language acquisition in foreign aspect by about 10% in 2007, they had outnumbered boys by 15% with significant disparity.
In more detail, French had been referred world’s first Top language in learning curriculum with half percentage in previous years, although this rate had halved in 2007.
