The charts depicts the data regarding the main purposes for student to study of different age groups and the amount of support they received from employers. Overall, the fisrt chart shows the motive for study based on the age of student while the second chart shows the support by employer with different age group.
As can be seen from the first chart, there are two different purposes by age, people under 26 years old often learning for their career growth whereas the people over 49 only do interest research. In addition, it is known that at the age of 40 to 49 the motive for study is usually equal in career development and interest. Continuously, the second chart shows that the employer who support the study progress is the highest at age under 26 and the lowest support at age 30 to 39.
In summary, people with age under 26 generally study to improve career and gain money whilst the older people over 49 jus doing study for knowledge building and fed up their interest. Additionally, it is shown that the employer best support is at age under 26 which may be called teenadults.
