The pie graphs illustrate the consumption of electricity in proportion to eight separate aspects transport, residential, commercial, agriculture, mining, aluminium, manufacturing and other metals between 2007 and 2010 in the East of Australia.
Overall, in the 3-year period there were a few changes in the percent of aluminum, manufacturing and other metals. However, the electricity used by residents kept a domination in both 2007 and 2010.
In 2007 and 2010, the rate of power supplied for transport and agriculture was obviously low, only 1% each. However, the electricity consumption of mining was only 8% higher than that of the two previous fields. Furthermore, the commercial and residential witnessed a huge percentage of the electricity energy expenditure, that accounting for 23% and 28% respectively.
In 2007, the aluminum and manufacturing proportions occupied for 13%. After the period of 3 years, the rate experienced a small decline to 11% and 9% respectively. Nevertheless, there was an increase in the other metals’ percentage which rose from 12% to 18% in 2010.
