The table gives information about the probabilities of the different sources coming from the United Kingdoms in 1990 and 2020.
Overall, it can be observed that the greatest grow was in the Renewable Energy, while Nuclear Power showed the lowest increase during this period. It is also noticeable that the highest decrese was in Coal, whereas the smallest drop was in Oil.
In one hand, Renewable Energy had a significant growth with about 22% between 1990 and 2020 ( 8% and 30%, respectively). Moreover, Natural Gas saw a slight increase where it was 22% in 1990 and 28% in 2020. Nuclear Power was markedly lower than the previous two, which had 5% between the two years.
In the other hand, Coal had the biggest decreased during the whole period with around 26% (38% and 12%, respectively). In Addition, the category ‘other sources’ saw a small fall around 4%. For the Oil, the difference between the two years was nearly just 3% which is the lowest decresed.
