The charts depicts the proportion of time that is for different activities in the office in the US in 1980 and 2000.

Overall, In 1980, phone reached 30% more than other parts. And the lowest one is Computer 2%. In 2000, the largest one had 30% in computer and 6% in meeting part.

By 1980, six different activities had different results. Phone was the highest in this chart 30%. Then paper document reached 20%. This chart illustrates that Face-to-Face communication had 14% and 5% lower than Meeting. Other activities attained 15% and over these activities computer had the least percentage 2%.
