Overall, In 1980, phone reached 30% more than other parts. And the lowest one is Computer 2%. In 2000, the largest one had 30% in computer and 6% in meeting part.

By 1980, six different activities had different results. Phone was the highest in this chart 30%. Then paper document reached 20%. This chart illustrates that Face-to-Face communication had 14% and 5% lower than Meeting. Other activities attained 15% and over these activities computer had the least percentage 2%.

In 2000, computer reached 30% dramaticly. Phone decrease 13% after 1980. Paper document lost 10%. And Face-to-Face communication persisted as 1980. Meeting activity decline to 6%. After that, other activities also stayed at the previous level. Email activity was added in this chart with 8%.
