The pie chart shows the proportion of water used for various aims, such as industrial, agricultural, and domestic, in six areas of the world. The regions that data shows are North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Central Asia, and South East Asia.
When we examine the datas of the six charts, we can see agricultural usage makes up a large fraction of the total with exceptions of North America and Europe. Albeit, industrial usage accounts for between 5% – 12%. It is significantly higher for North America and Europe at approximately fifty percent.
When we compare the maximum and minimum usages for different purposes, the fractions for the domestic use gets maximum 19% in South Africa, which is so low compared to other usages. Minimum percent for domestic use in Central Asia and South East Asia with 7%. There is only 12% difference between maximum and minimum. For the agricultural and industrial use, this difference is much higher. Industrial use makes up largest proportion in Europe with 53%, and the lowest is Central Asia with 5%. The difference is 48%. Lastly, agricultural accounts for 88% in Central Asia and 32 in Europe. This is the highest difference for one usage with 56%.
