The bar charts give information on the number of employees in sectors such as the agriculture industry and services changed between 1980 and 2010. It is clear that in both periods and in different countries agriculture was the most preferred. Also, by way of comparison, the industry employed fewer people than other domains. Significantly, in China, agriculture was the most prevalent sector in the two domains.
In 1980, many employees; there was a dominance of industry in four countries. In China, agriculture was the main source of workers, about 70% of the total, while the number of people who worked in services was, in all other countries, around 50%.
On the other hand, in 2010, in Germany, the USA, and Japan, the majority of people approximately 70% to 80% worked in industry. However, China’s population had a balanced distribution among these domains; no single domain was vastly dominant, and the percentage was approximately around 50%.
