The charts illustrate the percentage of people who make holiday using four distinct types of accommodation in three different years.

Overall, staying with family is the most popular kind of settlement. In contrast, while renting apartment and hotels became more popular, camping became less renowned.

In 1988, 52% of people choose to stay with their family. This figure then peaked at 54% in 10 years later, however, it decreased to 44% in 2008. Additionally, 26% of people chosen camping as a kind of accommodation in 1988, but this became less and less popular, which was reached 13% in 1998 and 12% in 2008.

On the other hand, renting apartment and hotels became is the least popular types of accommodation in 1988, accounted for 7% and 15%, respectively. However, these two figures grown gradually over the period, which was regarded for 11% for renting apartment and 22% for hotels in 1998, afterwards, these figures both reached 22% in 2008.
