Overall, it is evident that family stays remained quite popular among citizens, while hotels increased its demand over the period. Additionally, other types show a fluctuation.
Starting with 1988, majority of holidaymakers chose for staying with family, accounting for 52% of the total. Camping was also a quite demanding option, representing 26% of overall. Meanwhile, hotels were a significantly lower, at 15%. However, renting apartment accounted for the smallest portion, only at 7%. By the 1988, the family stays saw little change at 54% of total preferences. While, camping experienced a sharp decline to 13%, losing half of accomodation choice. Although, hotels went up to 22%, and renting apartment also experienced growth to 11% of total choice.
By the year 2008, staying with family became less popular and decreased to 44%, losing around 10% of proportion. Furthermore, camping remained steady at 12%, whereas apartment renting soared to 22%. Similarly to the camping, hotels stayed constant with the same persentage as was in 1998.
