Specifically, clothing saw an increase of six parts, from 12 in 1998 to 18 in 2008. Similarly, electronic devices rose from 16 parts in 1998 to 20 in 2008.
In contrast, eating out remained stagnant at 6 parts. Regarding other categories, holiday constituted 8 parts in 1998, which decreased down to only 5 parts. Similarly, the spending on newspaper and magazine, as well as on cinema was only a third of the figures of 1998, both were valued at 1 part.
