The pie charts compare the percentage of graduates having 6 distinct qualifications and working in an engineering corporation within two individuals years(1980 and 2008).
Overall, Ph.D- Science and Master science were all time wanted fields by degree holders while art generally was the least of the choices. On a particular note, students’ interest toward First degree – science decreased notably in 2008 when the reverse was true for Ph.D Art qualified graduates.
In detail, there was 5% disparity between the figures of Ph.D-Science in 1980 and 2008 with the superiority of latter one( 30% respectively). The percentage of graduates with Master- Science in 1980 was similar with that of 2008 constituting 29%.
20 % of students had First Degree Science diplomas in the first period. They share, however, shortened by 8% in 2008. Interestingly, there was only 1% descent in the proportion of First degree Art – from 11% to 10% and Master art from 13% and 12%.
Regarding the least preferable qualification by people working in engineering office- Ph.D art graduates made up 2% initially and showed upward trend with 7% in 2008 regardingly.
