Overall, it can be seen from the charts that the percentage of the oil resources has slightly declined, however the percents of the consumption fluctuated. Despite this, the total percentage number of oil resources slightly exceeds its consumption, but fluctuating in some countries.

The highest percentage of oil resources is in Middle East, constituting 56.52 percents, whereas the smallest is in Australia and New Zealand, consisting of 0.30 percents. The number in Eastern Europe and Africa is approximately equal, around 6.38 percents.

The highest number of annual oil consumption is in Asia and United States, with the approximate percentage of 26 percents. And the lowest percent is in Australia and New Zealand, 1.31 percents. In Eastern Europe the percentage of oil resources and it’s consumption is almost the same, whereas in the other places the amount is drastically different.
